RENASUR, S.L. began its business operations on June 25, 1985, dedicating itself to all facets of maritime electrical repair, both at sea and in dock, as well as providing many other commercial and industrial services related to maritime operations. Employing a staff of highly qualified professionals pooled from the use-conversion sector of the shipbuilding industry, the Company aims to fill a special market niche which has opened in that sector. Expert repairs are performed at the Company’s own workshop, sited in Cadiz, facilities in an industrial warehouse measuring 500 M² and equipped to handle repair jobs of the most advanced technical nature.
The Company workshop disposes of a 4-tonne crane, industrial ovens, winding machines, test panels, a stockroom measuring 80 M², and workrooms and administrative offices. Naturally, given the rigorous standards of constant quality control required for such work, a Total Quality Management (TQM) System was initiated in 1997 and has been place ever since, providing technical oversight management in accordance with Industrial Code ISO 9002.
The Company’s TQM protocol consist of:
- Purchasing decisions which are made only after a vigorous assessment of our suppliers, ensuring that they assume certain proprietary responsibilities for the quality of products which they may supply the Company.
- Supervision of all manufacturing and repair work, to ensure that such work is performed according to established guidelines, and that the work meets measurable quality-assurance parameters for subsequent inspection of manufactured and repaired products to determine their final approval or rejection.
- Inspection controls implemented at all phases of the manufacturing and repair processes.
- Troubleshooting and calibration of all tools and equipment, ensuring their accuracy and good working condition, in accordance with established control guidelines.
- Periodical Auditory to check the System condition.
